Some of our family
Why smart alarms

Forget the
keypad codes
nobody remembers.

Old-school alarms required staff to remember a 4-digit code, hope the panic button worked, and call you when the alarm went off at 3am. Modern systems handle all of this from your phone — and tell you exactly what triggered.

01

Mobile arm /
disarm.

Arm the alarm as you lock up at night. Disarm as you arrive in the morning. No keypad fiddling at the door, no codes shared with staff who left months ago.

02

Live alerts
that matter.

Push notification the moment the alarm trips, with the exact sensor that triggered. Watch the linked camera live from your phone — see whether it's a real intrusion or a wandering possum.

03

Multiple
users.

Each staff member gets their own access — arm/disarm permissions, schedule restrictions (e.g. cleaner can disarm 6–8am only), and an audit log of every event.

04

Multi-zone
control.

Arm just the back-of-house at night while staff still work the floor. Arm individual zones during the day for higher-security areas like cash offices.

05

Backup
everything.

Battery backup if power fails. Cellular backup if internet fails. The alarm keeps working even when everything else doesn't.

06

Optional
monitoring.

Connect to a 24/7 NZ monitoring service — they call your designated contacts on every trigger and dispatch security or police if needed.

No — monitoring is optional. Many businesses run unmonitored systems that just send phone alerts to the owner. Monitoring adds 24/7 NZ-based response and is recommended for high-value or remote venues; we can connect either way.
Yes. Set the alarm to auto-arm every night at 11pm if no one has manually armed it, or to auto-disarm at 7am as the cleaner arrives. Each user can have their own permitted hours.
All your designated contacts get an immediate push notification. The siren sounds. If you have monitoring, the monitoring centre calls you and (if instructed) dispatches a response or police. You can also live-view linked CCTV cameras to see what's happening.
Most NZ business insurers offer reduced premiums with a certified alarm system, particularly with monitoring. We'll provide the certification documents your insurer requires.
Yes — and we recommend it. Alarm triggers can prioritise CCTV recording at the alarm's location, and live view can pop up on your phone when an alarm fires.
Revoke their access from the app immediately. No need to change codes for everyone. Audit logs show every arm/disarm event by user.
Yes. Battery backup keeps the alarm working for 24+ hours on power loss, and cellular backup keeps it connected if internet drops. Triple redundancy by design.
Typical small-business install is one day. Larger sites with extensive sensor coverage may run 2 days. Includes design, cabling, panel install, configuration, mobile app setup and training.
